Quote and Contract

Based on our site visit, we provide a clear, detailed quote. Once you’re happy, we prepare a contract so we can move forward with confidence together.

Step 3

Design

Whether you come with plans or need help creating them, we’ll work closely with you to finalise a design that fits your lifestyle, budget, and vision.

Step 4

Build

With everything approved, we get to work. Our experienced team manages the build with care, quality craftsmanship, and regular updates - so you always know what’s happening on-site.

Step 5

Hand Over

We do a final walkthrough together and show you how everything works. Once everything’s thoroughly inspected, we hand over the keys to your new home - finished, polished, and ready for you to move in.
